Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours on working days. Please note: orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location and courier logistics. While we aim for timely delivery, actual timelines may vary due to local conditions and courier schedules.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above the minimum cart value.
  • A standard shipping fee applies on orders below the minimum value threshold.
  • All applicable charges are clearly displayed at checkout, so you can confirm before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share a tracking number via SMS or email so you can stay updated until it arrives at your doorstep.

Delivery Confirmation

For added security, delivery will be confirmed via an OTP (One-Time Password) sent by SOL. Please ensure your contact number is active at the time of delivery. If you're unavailable, kindly share the OTP with a trusted person who can receive the order on your behalf.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your package arrives with visible damage or is missing any item, please contact our customer support team on the same day of delivery with pictures and order details so we can assist you immediately.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, depending on availability and packaging needs. Don’t worry we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
